Industrial Design Engineering

The department’s philosophy is that of the Enlightenment: design and science in harmony. Industrial Design Engineering is a creative hub discipline, where our graduates work at the centre of complex, demanding projects, juggling creatively in teams, to achieve great ideas, designs and successful products. Industrial Design Engineers innovate and develop product designs using the latest technologies and materials. Many of our students already have technical experience aptitude when they arrive, and the course provides a springboard into a creative world. Our graduates are variously leaders, creators, entrepreneurs. We believe that anything is possible.
